OVERVIEW

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, sending us a photo of the product. We will proceed with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

Products Not Meeting Expectations

If the product does not meet your expectations, you are eligible to return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product has not been used, opened, or damaged. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and without signs of use. Patches are not eligible for return after use, as beauty treatments that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We know it can be hard to trust a product that feels too good to be true. That’s why we proudly offer our 90-Day Radiance Guarantee, because we truly believe in the results Zequira can deliver.

How it works:

  1. Use Zequira consistently for at least 70 days, starting from the delivery date.
  2. Before beginning, take a clear “before” photo of your eye area, cheek, or any zone you plan to treat.
  3. Every week, take progress photos or short videos (2–5 seconds) of the same area under similar lighting.
  4. To qualify, you must submit at least 10 progress photos and videos that clearly show consistent use over time.
  5. Send your documentation and refund request to info@zequira.com within 90 days of your purchase.
  6. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The return shipping cost will be at your expense.

Important:

  • Refunds are only eligible with proper documentation.
  • The device must not be broken, damaged or incomplete.
  • Patches and creams/serums are excluded from this guarantee due to hygiene reasons.


Product Use and Problem Resolution

We are aware that some products, such as our patches, may present adherence difficulties over time, especially if not handled with care. After 15-20 days of use, we cannot guarantee the functionality of the patches and do not accept returns for products that have been used beyond this period, as product performance also depends on proper care and treatment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Zequira.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zequira will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investig
